Objective

The aim of education is employability. Enabling all students of St. Xavier College of Management & Technology, Patna to acquire employability skills, plan and manage their careers for personal growth, and contribute to society at large is the core responsibility of the Placement Cell.

About the Placement Cell

The Placement Cell is an integral part of the college activities. Its primary responsibility is to place the right candidate in the right organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and prepare students for interviews
• Collaborate with HR Departments and TPOs
• Assist recruiters in achieving hiring goals
• Collect feedback from industry and improve curriculum
