In order to ensure accuracy, transparency, fairness and accountability in the processing and review of University examination results, the Vice Chancellor is pleased to constitute the Result Review Committee with effect from 31.08.2026.
The Committee shall examine cases relating to examination results, including reported discrepancies, anomalies, grievances and requests for review, in accordance with the University Act, Statutes, Ordinances, Examination Regulations and other applicable rules.
Composition of the Committee
The Result Review Committee Shall Ensure That
- Examination results are prepared and published in accordance with the approved University regulations and examination scheme.
- Reported discrepancies in marks, grades, credits, SGPA/CGPA or result status are appropriately examined.
- Genuine errors in evaluation, tabulation, data entry, processing or publication of results are identified and rectified through due procedure.
- Result-related grievances are considered fairly, objectively and within the prescribed framework.
- The integrity and confidentiality of examination records are maintained throughout the review process.

Confidentiality
- All documents, examination records, student information, deliberations and recommendations of the Committee shall be treated as strictly confidential.
- Members shall not disclose examination-related information to any unauthorised person.
- All physical and electronic records shall be securely maintained by the designated office.
Publication of Results
Result can be published after implementing the recommended suggestions by the committee and approved by the Vice Chancellor.
Validity
The Committee shall remain in force for the academic year 2026–2027.
