The Examination Department at Xavier University Patna is the central hub for all assessment-related activities. We manage the complete lifecycle of a student’s academic evaluation—from enrollment and Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) to the final End Semester Examinations (ESE) and the eventual award of degrees.
Key Functions of the CoE Office
- Crafting comprehensive examination calendars that allow students ample time for preparation and holistic development.
- Overseeing a diverse evaluation scheme that includes Mid-Semester Tests, Class Presentations, Case Studies, and Viva-Voce to capture the full spectrum of student potential.
- Maintaining the highest levels of security in paper setting and result compilation to uphold the global reputation of a Xavier degree.
- Facilitating the issuance of Mark Sheets, Transcripts, Migration Certificates, and Provisional Results with speed and accuracy.
